Shopping Centre Productions
 
The Children's Theatre Company of Victoria currently has only one production suited for shopping centres — "The Wicked Witch's Wandering Wart".

This 30-minute production has consistently out-rated every other shopping centre production at the various centres in Melbourne which have presented it, including The Pines (Doncaster East), Eastland (Ringwood), Brunswick Plaza and others.

Our usual high levels of audience involvement, drama, excitement, music and mirth attract bigger crowds on a Monday than most productions pull on Fridays. It's common for children to insist on their parents staying through for the afternoon sessions after attending the morning performances. Audiences typically begin moving into place at least an hour before the performance starts.

Note: We strongly recommend NOT scheduling this production for performance near food courts. Young patrons have previously packed out available spaces, including blocking access to shops and stopping escalators and travelators to serve as extra seating.
