What we do
 
The Children's Theatre Company of Victoria provides support to amateur and professional theatre companies and schools involved in producing and presenting children's theatre.

We support adults presenting to children, children presenting to adults and children presenting to children.

We sometimes undertake co-productions with other theatre companies, but we don't mount productions of our own. We're purely a creative and technical resource to help raise the standard of children's theatre.

We provide original scripts, scores, music tapes and CDs, videos, costumes, scenery, properties, lighting plots, promotional materials, advice and suggestions.

What we don't do

• We do not mount children's theatre productions.
• We do not conduct auditions.
• We do not run drama classes or workshops for children.*
• We do not hire performers, stage technicians, etc.
  

*Our Artistic Director, Lynne Counsel, occasionally presents a theatre workshop program for gifted children as part of the G.A.T.E.WAYS Program (Gifted And Talented Education) in Victorian primary schools.
